As an Academic and Administrative Program Coordinator at VCU - Center for Sport Leadership, I oversee the application, admissions, and graduation processes for more than 100 students annually. With a master's degree in Executive Leadership and over 8 years of experience in advocacy, administration, research, planning, education, and counseling, I am passionate about empowering future leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a dynamic and competitive industry.In my previous roles as a Family Service Worker and an Operations Support at WJCC Community Action Agency, I gained valuable experience in coordinating projects, managing data, providing support services, and developing youth programs. I also honed my communication, teamwork, and computer literacy skills, which I apply in my current role to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, diversity, and inclusion.
