To fulfillthose needs, Myanmar Youth Initiative have founded by Myanmar Young activists in March 2014 who have strong commitmentsto deliver quality youth programs to thousands, that make a life changing difference. -Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities-Chase and receive creative from advertisers and agencies -Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.-Communicate with sales team on a weekly basis performance of their individual campaigns and highlight.-Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.-Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.-Additional project management work as and when enquired by level of business.-Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.-Managing Project and Analyze Digital Marketing -Follow up Website Design and checking website traffic-Team Building and communication with supplier-Reporting and Error checking-Problem solving and trouble shooting

-Assists in the implementation or enhancement of CRM systems.-Interfaces with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve problems with CRM systems-Investigates and validates both positive and negative feedback on newly installed CRM systems.-Researches tools and techniques that enrich customer experiences with organizations websites.-Participates in ROI studies for CRM implementation-Organize work flow and work schedules for a specific product support function or an operational site-Establishes work processes that support organizational and departmental standards, guidelines and strategic initiatives-Provides direction to team to ensure customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner-Shares responsibility for training and managing team and ensuring calls are handled courteously and effectively-To manage the Customer Relationship Manager team and to ensure that the service delivery to Green Homes customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves overall contract objectives -To ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools to do their jobs effectively and efficiently and to work closely with the Support Manager team and our Home Energy Advisors to this end -To oversee the development of relationships between the Customer Relationship Managers and customers and ensure that follow up schedules and deadlines are met -To ensure that team are motivated to convert homeowners’ interest into action by encouraging them to undertake improvements in their homes to meet necessary CO2 reduction targets -To work with the Marketing Operations manager to ensure that marketing campaigns are turned into effective operational delivery; including additional briefing and training for team members as required
