Sales and strategy for internet based marketing.

Business Relationship Banking is an inside consultative sales position, where I am responsible for growth and retention of a book of business with small business clients. I am directly aligned with 5 Small Business Bankers in Palm Beach County market of Florida and we share 5 books of business totaling more than 1500 clients. Together with each Small Business Banker, I help create calling plans and strategies to best meet the needs of those clients. Additionally, I partner with the Small Business Banker in all new business acquisition efforts, including making outbound calls to prospects and preparing proposals. After the new client is on board I follow up to maximize and maintain the banking relationships.

I worked to build a long-term advisory relationship with each client. I developed sales strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing client relationships, including pre-call planning and post-call follow up activities. I sought opportunities from internal and external referral sources for loan and deposit products, in conjunction with working bank assigned leads.

My job responsibilities were to scan paper work and save to a computer program for future use by others.
