• Perform employee relations functions by answering routine employee requests and questions regarding policy administration, including the Employee Handbook, Payroll Policies, and Benefits Guide and related policies• Organize and implement new employee on-boarding including verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining records• Conduct benefit enrollments for new employees• Coordinate training on computers, phones, time entry, library, case intake, etc.• Arrange for transportation requirements, security, keys, nameplates, business cards and stationary• Update firm databases with new employee information• Coordinate coverage and overflow work for legal secretaries and provide support when necessary• Administers ADP time and attendance data for staff (non-accounting)• Assist in the administration of benefits• Assist the COO and HR Director with special events and projects
