As a member of our EDI team, I am involved in delivering the EDI@IDA agenda across six pillars (LGBTQ+, Gender, Disability, Neurodiversity, Social Mobility & Multicultural). I led the on EDI@IDAs Disability pillar to build disability awareness and accessibility initiatives internally. IDA achieved Gold accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity in 2024.
