My started her career at Azelio as Team Leader for the SW Development group and later became Group Manager for the same group. However, Azelio as company filed for bankruptcy by late summer 2023 why the assignment at Azelio is ending.As Manager for the development teams My was responsible for her organization and also the deliveries. The development area requires intensive cross functional cooperations with a high level of dependencies. Challenges to solve transparency, continuously keep an end-to-end view from development to maintenance phase, have a clear end goal delivery and persistently continue to check ways of working to streamline and make it smooth are all part of My's focus areas and what she is passionate about to drive and secure.As Team Leader, My was responsible for ensuring the team's delivery are being in time and that expected quality is being met. She also had the responsibility to ensure that the agile way of working was anchored and worked satisfactorily. The team had also the maintenance and support responsibility why working with support processes has been an important focus point as Team Leader. A crucial part was to ensure that version handling was being set up in such a way that the team had full control of software versions in development, verification and at Customer sites. During her short time as Team Leader at Azelio, the release handling process from development phase to customer release got established and rolled out. The verification maturity levels defined and terminology according to global conventions introduced and anchored.With her background as Senior Project Manager she is well aware of the many pitfalls a project can run into. As Manager, hence stakeholder to the projects, she has a strong supporting impact to the progress by her mindset to work integrated.

My was working as a Business Developer for Data Driven Service Business.She was the driver and responsible for software feature launch from idea, proof of concept to full implementation and global roll out. The work involved identifying Business Cases and Use Cases, setting up high level architectural solution to be implemented by multi cross-functional team development. Besides driving the delivery My was also the main interface towards the National Sales Company for the project, receiving input of specific needs and adaptations towards the markets.One big crucial part of the project was als to drive GDPR questions towards the Legal Department and secure its fulfillments.The delivered functionality is today widely used in the customer product.

Responsible to ensure a delivery of an end-2-end Software Download Solution involving software platforms from multiple teams within Volvo Cars and from global External Cooperation. Agile methodology was applied.

Project Manager for a Customer Adaptation project for Volvo Cars through consultant company HiQ Göteborg.Within the project scope was to develop Customer specific IT solutions, providing Customer Product Information and Diagnostics system, ensure Quality assurance, provide adapted Support concept, provide Customer training, create Service and License agreements.

Establishment of a completely new Test Environment Infrastructure in one of Ericsson's three giant new built Global ICT Center with the challenge to handover to new built support organization.Within the assignment was to perform a pre-study, drive a System Architecture design, request Quote for hardware, license and Third Party Support, ensure approval for CAPEX and OPEX from Steering Group, purchase equipment, drive for system operation readiness by ensuring setup of hardware, installation, configuration and verification of systems. Within the assignment was also to communicate with Stakeholders and frequent report to Steering Group. Deliverables of the project was Operation Assignment, High Level Technical Environment Description, Operation Instruction, Fault handling Instructions, Final Report, Lessons Learned.

Project Manager within IT Service.Driving Global Knowledge Sharing project for Ericsson IT HUB sites for Service Level 2. Sites in scope are Shanghai, Stockholm, Montreal, Gothenburg, Linköping and Karlskrona. The project scope was to educate site members, implement new ways of working, follow up and reporting to Total Program Management.

Project Manager for setup of vCBA/SAPC verification systems in Ericsson Gothenburg for Ericsson Madrid Site. vCBA/SAPC is a virtual system for Ericsson developed Service-Aware Policy Controller.Responsibilities for the project was to gathering user requirements, coordinate, communicate to Stakeholders, users and team member, ensure to deliver according to agreed Project Plan.

Team Leader for a Global Support and Delivery Team, totally of 16 members, located in Gothenburg, Shanghai and Montreal. The team provided System Test Channels to Product Development organization with complete simulation tool for the SUT SGSN-MME. The team consisted of Technical Configuration Management (TCM), Network and Hardware staff.The responsibilities as Team Leader was planning, coordinating work for the team and lab, communicating changes within own organization and users. When delivery of new architecture or support of maintenance environment ensure it quality and security level is fulfilled. Together with the Development Unit do the yearly forecast of CAPEX/OPEX for the lab and team. Ensure a balanced workload for the global team. Continuously strive for a more efficient way of working.Deployed Agile working methods to the daily work in the team.

Coordinated orders and delivery of Interoperability channels for test and education purpose. Interoperability channels are setup to ensure compatibility between the equipment from the OEM such as AT&T, Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson.

In Aachen, Germany for 2 months to learn end-to-end test in telecom environment, i.e. verification from user equipment such as mobile phone following the different telecom nodes access during a packet switched data transfer setup, progress and termination.Performing end-to-end verification on 2G and 3G nodes such as BSC, RNC, SGSN, GGSN, HLR.
