My name is Myles Phillips and I am a third-year student at Flagler college studying Psychology and Business Administration. My interest in both of these fields derives from my enjoyment in studying human behavior and intermingling this study with business strategy and research. My background in Psychology allows me to effectively communicate and navigate interpersonal dynamics which can lead to positive and productive work environments while my background in Business Administration allows me to organize, manage and plan in an effective manner. I am excited to continue to learn and develop in these fields and enter the workforce ready to make an impact upon finishing my degree.
