Greenwich Associates is a leader in financial consulting and market research. Here I managed the company’s training program and led a team of trainers across Canada and the US. • Led and executed the training program, including establishing the program lifecycle, building policies and practices, leading the training team, and collecting and evaluating program feedback • Led the development of e-learning courses in Agile, Business Conduct/AODA, and Health and Safety, among others, enabling the company to meet client requirements • Led the development of a blended (e-learning and instructor-led) multi-day contact centre New Hire training program, resulting in over 90% of new hires attaining success on the job • Spearheaded the inquiry and product selection for the employee engagement system in use by 550+ contact centre staff, resulting in savings of over $30,000 annually over the previous program and increased engagement levels• Led, inspired, mentored and coordinated a team of 5 trainers across Canada and the US • Implemented policies and processes for the learning and development organization • Designed, implemented, and maintained enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS), enabling elearning in the organization resulting in training automation, reporting capabilities and cost savings of over $10K annually over comparable products• Led a cross-functional team to design, develop and implement the company-wide Career Pathing program, resulting in role-based task analysis, standardized roles and stretch opportunities
