I have close to 25 years of experience in concepting, designing, and bringing brands to life for local and national clients, including environmental, print, event, and digital experiences.---------- A bit about me:I lead teams to create authentic and memorable work, but I’m also a hands-on designer with a refined skill set.Standing up for the best ideas, and pushing good to great are what make me a strong creative leader and designer. I love honing in on the inkling of an idea, and helping people see its true potential.Connecting the dots, thinking strategically, and being a true problem-solver are things I’m great at. The bigger and messier the challenge, the better.I pride myself in the details, whether in the work at hand, the process of finding a solution, or my relationships with team members and clients.Coaching, mentoring, and bringing out the best in people are highlights of my career, whether that’s within the office, or navigating complicated client dynamics.My work has received recognition regionally and nationally, with inclusion in HOW and Print magazines, the AR 100, the American Graphic Design Awards, and the CASE Awards. I have also served as a design instructor and mentor for the MindMarket at Columbus College of Art and Design.
