Oversaw Wildcard Gaming's League of Legends roster for the 2024 Spring split of the North American Challengers League. Scouted, trialed, and recruited players for the team in accordance to Wildcard's existing budgets and goals. Interviewed and hired strategic coach for the roster. Planned and scheduled all practices and tournament matches and maintained competitive standards for the roster. Acted as a liaison with tournament officials and media representatives towards the team. Collaborated with different divisions within Wildcard including partnerships and graphic design. Maintained twitter presence for game day coverage of all Wildcard League of Legends matches. Finished 4th in regular season and top 8 in playoffs.

Oversaw "CLG Faith", the developmental program for CLG's League of Legends division. Launched and run the roster currently in the North American Challenger League. Coordinate with multiple divisions within the org including Marketing, Socials, and Partnerships. Assisted in strategic planning for the League of Legends division. Helped multiple players get future opportunities with pro teams.

Oversaw the League of Legends division at Wildcard Gaming. Oversaw multiple semi professional rosters in our program designed to develop players and help them reach pro. Coordinate with multiple divisions within the org including the content team, social media team, and design team. Also developed and launched the "Wildcard Combine" which saw over 100 players participate in a scouting event over a three week period. Included over two dozen coach volunteers and scouts from 8 LCS organizations as well as various Collegiate and Semi-pro programs. Qualified for Proving Grounds with Four rosters in three seasons, Won the Proving Grounds Qualifier Circuit 3 times, Won the Super Girl Gamer tournament.

Oversaw all League of Legends operations for the semi professional roster under Team Fish Taco. Handled interviewing and hiring of staff, tryouts/scouting for players, planning for LAN events/bootcamps, and developed and executed on short and long term goals for the organization.

Canada

Regional Esports manager for the Canadian branch of Lowkey Esports. Recruited Teams for the branch as well as hired and onboarded operations staff. Built out social plan for the year. Canadian Branch was shut down due to the Global Brand shutting down.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Lived and worked at the Lotus Esports team house in Surprise, Arizona for the month of July. Booked all travel accommodations for players and staff to and from the Bootcamp. Handled day to day operations of the house including basic cleaning, cost tracking/budgeting, scheduling of practice/tournaments/team events, driving to all locations, and handling any issues that arose.

Scouted, Recruited, and Managed the professional Fortnite team for Excelerate Gaming. Acted as a liaison between upper management and players and helped build content plans for the players, Handled any issues that arose with players.

Developed and implemented organization-wide marketing and content strategies spanning multiple titles. Created the organization sponsorship deck and was the project lead on the Rainbow6 Pro League in-game item application deck.

Oversaw all internal operations for the organization. Planned and executed on over twelve LAN events including Dreamhack Montreal 2018 where Vireo sent two teams and staff for a total of fourteen members. Interviewed potential staff and player candidates and handled the on-boarding process for all members.

Worked on and developed multiple internal projects including investment proposals, sponsorship decks, and a "Content House" proposal. Also scouted potential players across eight FGC titles and presented findings to ownership.

Managed the premier League of Legends roster for the "Montreal Grizzlies". Handled the day to day schedule and operations for the roster. Booked travel and accommodations for in person Tournaments.

Built the League of Legends roster for Wichita Open 2018. Interviewed over twenty applicants for the head coach position and ran tryouts with over thirty players for the roster. Planned and budget for travel and accommodations as well as built the schedule for the team at the tournament.

Founded and ran the amateur esports club “Mischief Esports”. Handled all day to day operations, content production, sponsorship acquisition, social media management, team recruitment, and operations for players/teams in League of Legends, Smash Bros, FGC, CS:GO, CoD, etc.
