Risk management is also a key responsibility; I identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts and devise strategies to minimize potential issues, thereby safeguarding the Center's interests.Additionally, I am responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance to senior management. These reports play a critical role in the decision-making processes at the George C. Marshall Center. A critical part of my role is to continuously seek and implement improvements in contracting processes and systems, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness, which in turn supports the overarching goals and mission of the George C. Marshall Center.
