    Created a Go-To-Market strategy to organize the step-by-step process of bringing a product to market, the planning behind it, and the team's responsibilities. The new workflow proved to help keep goals organized, efficient, and on time.Developed clear target market segments and produced new stylish and on-brand digital advertisements that would speak to each segment that could be used across social channels, website, newsletter, B2B, and training; giving the business a more cohesive look and feel. Once clear customer segments were outlined and new advertisements were developed, email marketing campaigns were created using Klaviyo to develop another touchpoint with customers visiting the website, or buying products so that they could be kept in the loop and notified each month about product sales or promotions, product launches, stock replenishment, helpful tips & tricks, and customer support. After the first month of my employment (August 2024), the business saw an overall increase of 33% in revenue over the previous year (August 2023), with daily sales up as much as 895% on days when email campaigns were sent out to customers. The two email campaigns sent in August (alone) resulted in a 34% increase in conversions overall, which was 395% higher than the previous month (July 2024); where no email campaigns were sent. The use of Klaviyo increased traffic to the website of course, since it had not been properly utilized before, with click rates on the first email campaign going over 7.0% and thus seeing 21.8% more orders placed. Worked closely with the B2B team to provide them with assets developed with business customers in mind so products could be marketed to different segments individually. For example, certain products could be used in construction, automotive, HVAC, or plumbing industries so fact sheets, emails, and advertisements were developed for each group separately so that they weren't lumped together with one set of use cases.
