• Fully implement customers, managing concurrent implementation projects and various addendums

• Directly supervises paraprofessional staff, advises the hall government, oversees the supervision of security desk operations, facilitates development of comfortable living and learning communities that foster academic.
• Oversees Career & Major Exploration and Engineering Learning Communities and serves on the Professional Staff Recruitment Committee, Student Staff Training Committee, and Assignments Workgroup.

• Responsible for administration, supervision, and student life of a residential area housing 175 students.
• Serve in biweekly professional duty rotation responding to maintenance, conduct, crisis, and other concerns for the 750 person Oxford campus.
• Utilize technology to communicate with stakeholders by updating the website, revising building floor plans, and creating informational materials for distribution including the Guide to Housing.
• Co-facilitate Freshman Seminar class with a Peer Assistant Leader.
• Promote Safe Zone Program, introduce Coming Out Day, and continue support of Day of Silence and the MLK Service.
• Serve as a member of Emory’s National Coalition Building Institute Team, Diversity Officer’s Council, and Transforming Community Project; also active on the office of LGBT Life’s Advisory and Strategic Planning.

• Authored qualitative assessment of residential students entitled Perceptions of Students with Disabilities Regarding ADA Compliance in University of Louisville Residence Halls
• Developed and served in Resident Director on-call system to support 2500 residents on two campuses
• Assisted in the research and development of a roommate policy for live-in housing staff

• Directed all administrative operations and daily management of two residence halls including a co-educational building of 200 men and women and a single gender hall of 300 women
• Conducted rounds as part of on-call rotation serving 4,000 residents and provided support to RA staff in crises
