Performs effective analysis on ATM distribution using relevant sources contributes to the Bank's growth strategies and goals; generates revenue and increase presence across country securing best locations towards customer convenience • Responsible for analyzing the feasibility and implementation on installation of new ATMs and replacement/relocation of ATM’s as per the strategy. • Accountable for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of ATM Channel effectiveness and marketing programs.• Handling customer disputes related to ATM/CCDM transactions in coordination with other departments, review CCTV footages and provide feedback for timely settlement.• Review Cash replenishment services outsourced for ATMs. Identify gaps & recommend best solutions. • Prepare relevant reports related to ATM performances, cash management and other cost of operations to the Manager on regularly basis.• Reconciliation of Excess/Shortages accounts and timely settlement of customer disputes.
