As Regional Human Resources Manager for the Oklahoma Distribution Center, my role as a Senior Business Partner provides front line support and interaction with the management team for over 500 Associates. These tasks include translating specific business needs and issues into meaningful approaches to leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. As Branch Manager I was responsible for delivering Business Development programs for continued increase in billable hours and sales growth. Planned, developed and implemented marketing strategies to promote Manpower products & programs while providing HR support to multiple client organizations in the local and surrounding communities.
