Loving what you do - My main occupation is on the SHORT TERM RENTAL, started from nothing I operate over 450 Listings (and growing), which makes it the largest property management company locally, the company keeps delivering and growing, it is always easier and takes so much less energy to expand and grow in something you love doing. 2. Daily reading - Daily read, listen to audiobooks at least an hour a day it is what I do and trust me it works miracles, listen to positive books, books which will improve your current state it could be in any sector, books are just gold mines, biggest ROI you will ever make. 3. Improve your current state daily - " A positive and successful day is not determined by the harvest you reap but from the seeds that you plant " Rome was not built in a day, grind and improve daily, as even the tiny investments in life will accumulate overtime and amount to huge success in any field.4. Write you daily goals - "A captain without a destination will never reach a destination" - Write your daily targets these could be in health, business and even family ! This is so important for growth, anyone with goals generally have a much larger success rate than anyone who does not write or have any particular goals. I know where I wanna go and if something interest me I will make sure that I will arrive at the destination or goal. 5. Look for new challenges - I am always on the look out for new challenges, I love negotiations, I love sales, I am crazy about sports and health LIVING and most important I am always open for any type of business, salary is secondary, the challenge and growth is what I wake up for every morning !Looking to network !
