i) Responsible for managing all procurement activities for Food, Non-food and Facility maintenance of 5 major Fakieh properties (local & international vendors)ii) Managing key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms of service, cost, quality, payments and discounts, preparation of supplier contracts and SLAsiii) Supporting all relevant stakeholders to achieve operational and financial KPIs through implementation of a robust and effective procurement strategy

i) Responsible for the complete set up of a new convenience store in North Jeddah and overseeing purchasing of inventory, consumables and maintenance partsii) Managing day-to-day operational activities of the store and supervising the merchandising team, and identifying ways to improving store trafficiii) Dealing with suppliers and managing supplier payments and supplier issues. iv) Hiring, training and coaching of Purchasing & Operations staff

i) Responsible for the overall operations of the store, purchasing and managing inventory, expanding store traffic and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. ii) Maintaining excellent store condition and visual merchandising standardsiii) Ensuring strict compliance with quality, health & safety policies and proceduresiv) Preparing periodic reports on sales trends, profitability, customer needs and inventory levels, and providing regular feedback to higher management

i) Assisting the Purchase Manager in all matters relating to purchasing; evaluating stock levels, reviewing prices and placing orders to suppliersii) Coordinating with suppliers and making regular visits to wholesale markets to secure the best rates and quality iii) Negotiating discounts and incentives with suppliers within and outside the Kingdom, performing periodic supplier evaluation, quality and performance measurementiv) Preparing weekly and monthly Gross Margin and other reports for management perusal
