Thank you for visiting my LinkedIn page. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in the spring of 2009. Upon my graduation from the University of Colorado, my journey brought me to Integrated Office Technology.Yes I did! I parlayed my degree in sociology into a sales career. What a great relation between sociology and sales; the study of social institutions and social relationships.I have learned the importance of putting my client’s first. In doing so, my clients have become my business partners as opposed to just a business relationship. I work diligently to insure I not only meet but exceed my client’s expectations. Through active listening, I strive to uncover concerns and challenges by taking a hands on approach in working with office personnel, in order to gain a better understanding of possible bottlenecks with office work flow.Once I am able to identify inefficient workflow processes, I will communicate recommendations to assist in removing these challenges. Examples of strengthening and streamlining office efficiency include:• Output Devices – Identifying these assets, examining the output process along with pinpointing document expenditures• Document Management – Identifying how documents move in, around and out of the office. All leading to document security while improving customer service.• Accounts Payable – Isolating how automating data entry (Capture) can enhance the invoicing process• IT Department - Identifying areas to help streamline and offload non IT related issues.
