Collaborated with technical, business operations, and executive leadership to take an iterative approach to minimize risk and business impact with quick, incremental improvements.Lead the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of Azure as the foundational platform for cloud-based solutions. Partnered with multiple business areas to successfully launch enterprise-level, cloud-based application suites - Workday, NetSuite, Robotic Processes, and Paxata, with Microsoft Azure.Negotiated adoption of new Program Management procedures, processes, data capture, and analytics. Marked and material improvements in estimations, project costing, resource allocations, and delivery timelines have been recognized. Introduced new and creative communication channels and methods with business and executive leadership to help better inform stakeholders and constituents of deliverables and timelines. This has resulted in cost savings from better flex and off-shore resource scheduling. This has also materially improved cross-organization prioritization and deliverable visibility.
