About Lisa Pham

I am a proactive and learning-driven Administrative and Customer-Service Professional, with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. This passion has led me to work in customer-facing roles as an administrator, volunteer, and tutor, in which I have enjoyed working with a variety of people and community groups. Currently, I am seeking a role where I can leverage these skills and my previous administrative and customer-service experience, lead initiatives, and have opportunities to grow my career whilst providing excellent standards of service and support to my customers. I graduated in 2015 from Swinburne University, with a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Sociology and a distinction grade average. During that time I was Vice President of the singing club (Swin Vocals) at Swinburne and received top marks for my contributions in group projects where I held a leadership role.My other passions include music (singing), animal rights, environmentalism, mental health and wellbeing, youth and social justice.
