Senior Business Development Manager / Senior Research Product Manager (Innovation & Strategy)
Leading and executing numerous Value Proposition Creation activities by investigating the customer relevance, superiority, and business viability of future solutions. Through the combination of market intelligence, competitive analysis, and innovative incl. customer-centric thinking, compelling value propositions that differentiate from competition have been crafted.Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), internal/external key stakeholders and clinical experts to stay abreast of market/industry trends. Identifying opportunities and challenges by initiating e.g. co-creation workshops to generate new ideas/opportunities.Coordinating portfolio-planning activities for dedicated businesses, including the identification and review of prioritized opportunity areas for selected solution areas. Focusing on mid-/and long-term horizons (5 – 10 years).Creating the Value Proposition Creation story-telling methodology “Telling the Story”, including company internal training and coaching (cross-functional) to ensure alignment and understanding of the value proposition process.
