- Graduate Engineer working in Climate System Design focusing on HVAC ECU and Air Conditioning Duct Items on various projects.- Rotation into V2X & EV Charging Marketability dept. researching and benchmarking electric vehicles.

- Head of development of structural aerodynamic parts – front wing, side wings, rear wing, diffuser, splitter, and turning vanes along with a DRS servo mechanism.- Management of bodywork department of 30 members, including first years and others with little experience – ran CAD tutorials among other things to develop their knowledge and skills in both design and manufacture – taught members wet layup and prepreg manufacturing methods.- Ensuring line of clear communication with the aerodynamics department to advise on manufacturing potential of components within budget.- Composite manufacture and layup of moulds and composite components using wet-layup and prepreg manufacturing.- Tried and tested end-cap design involving waterjet cutting from a composite panel and using 3d printed inserts with a bonded brass threaded insert. Determined suitable for loading as well as lightweight.- Attended FSUK 2022 with the teams first EV and first full monocoque vehicle. Involved in the Cost Event in which SUFST reached the finals (top 5 teams). Provided evidence and justified cost decisions of the vehicle presented to judges from across the industry.- FSUK 2022 Team Awards – 1st in Overall Statics Events (4th in Cost, 3rd in Design), Best Newcomer EV as judged by The Faraday Institution, 3rd Placed EV Team in Overall Event.

- Lead the design of new fully composite chassis for the team’s first full monocoque chassis design to house the team’s first electric powertrain with the aim of improving torsional stiffness in the chassis through minimal weight increase.- Guided research into the manufacture of aerodynamic parts and the mounting of aerodynamics package to the chassis.- Built relationships with other department heads to ensure mounting requirements to the chassis could be met, as well as building chassis planes to ensure suspension attachments are well placed to ensure an optimised package.- Aided new members in use of software unknown to them to aid in design and development tasks required.- Attended FSUK 2021 at Silverstone where the car finished second in class, including participating in cost and design static events to justify chassis design.

- Worked on drawing updates and development of previously manufactured prototype internal projects to provide solutions to issues determined during manufacturing and operation.- Wrote a report on a concept design for a complex procedure mechanism.- Developed engineering skills in a professional environment.
