Hayden Winther is a Managing Partner of a Copenhagen-based and privately owned Family Office in operation since its September, 2016, Q3, inception. Mr Hayden Winther previously had over 5 years experience of working with large international clients in the realms of bespoke consumer behavioural research and data analytics for executive-level business optimisation. Drawing on both contacts and business experiences made, incl. nearly 10 years of managing private trading & investment accounts, the opportunity came to establish a dedicated Family Office in 2016.One investment fund has mainly been active in the precious metals sector (physical bullion in AU/AG) but the Office also oversees a growing diversified portfolio of alternative investments (tangible) / base metals as well as other soft/hard commodities, Real Estate, and investment-grade collectables. We are currently looking at Real Estate projects all over South East Asia (Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam), and are operating mainly in the commercial real estate market sector. Having lived in Luxembourg for many years, the Family enjoys strong ties to the country and it is planned that we expand investment operations to Luxembourg in the coming decades ahead.Since 2017, we operate an active derivatives strategy with a positive expectation. All research - technical and fundamental - as well as General Accounting, Estate Planning, Law and Tax Advisory is mostly done in-house, but also with the help of our trusted partners both at home and abroad.The central consolidated fund aims to beat local real inflation as well as compete with the top ranking in the Barclays' Hedge Fund Index in terms of performance. The active fund is long/short / multi-strategy and striving for a near global reach.
