As a Head of Delivery at Andersen, I’m responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, so I:- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients;- Manage a team of project managers and ensure that they are trained, motivated, and supported to deliver high-quality projects;- As a main point of contact for clients, I am responsible for managing client relationships. I ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided by the company and work to resolve any issues that arise;- Manage project budgets and monitor project expenses to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently;- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they become problems;- Identify areas where processes can be improved and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.

- Provide mentoring and guidance to developers;- Set team strategy and direction; represent team to senior management and clients;- Develop innovative multi-team solutions to complex problems;- Demonstrate broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exert influence outside of the immediate team and drives change;- Participate as a member of, and leads cross-functional development teams;- Lead design of complex cross-functional solutions for others to develop;- Design, prepare and execute unit tests;- Significant time is spent in strategic and creative problem solving;- Independently implement end-user or enterprise solutions of significant complexity;- Integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and clients;- Consult with leadership team, team members, clients and vendors on complex issues to develop effective solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional project teams;- Develop and maintain an integrated schedule, product specification, product cost model, risk assessment, resource plan and budget;- Lead the execution of the project;- Ensure project compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements;- Where necessary, on smaller projects, act as product engineer - carrying out product level testing and creating product documentation.
