Major duties:- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans;- Create and publish job ads in various portals;- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;- Screen resumes and job applications;- Conduct initial phone.

- Conducting full recruitment projects for IT positions;- Building an active network of candidates in the IT sector;- Caring for a positive image of the company among IT experts (representing the company at conferences and trade fairs);- Cooperation with recruitment portals, social networking sites and other entities constituting recruitment channels.

- Building and implementing sourcing strategies;- Helping to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns;- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques;- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimize sourcing.

Responsibilities:- Create the HR branch from scratch- Review existing HR processes, practices, systems and drive the agenda of their transformation to the needs of a quickly growing organization;- Bring cultural change and organizational development in the areas of business partnering, talent management, performance development, compensation, and benefits.
