I am a senior at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, majoring in economic consulting and international business. I have a tenacity to learn more, work hard, and do my best. I have a very flamboyant and personal personality. I love to meet new people and create strong, everlasting relationships with them. I have demonstrated these strengths in a variety of positions, beginning in high school with my positions as a DECA executive member and Future Business Leaders of America position executive president. Additionally, I was always dedicated to helping people so I was president of a nonprofit organization called Share and Care Kids4Kids during my junior year of high school. By the end of my term, I was able to successfully increase our members as well as coordinate our members and raise money at many of my events such as a 5K Run. Now at Indiana University, I continue to seek new opportunities to expand my professional and personal development. I am gaining new knowledge specific to my career by taking rigorous courses and joining many student organizations such as Financial Services Club, Undergraduate Research and Training Club, Kelley Student Government and APEX. In college, I am leaping at every opportunity that I get to network with many new individuals and companies to make myself known. Additionally, I have taken part in many rigorous case competitions which showcase my leadership and teamwork skills. I hope to grow my involvement at Indiana University by taking executive positions in the clubs that I am part of, joining an amazing business fraternity, and doing even more rigorous courses. During the summer, I plan to work at an internship that can get me hands-on experience and maximize my growth in the financial services industry. Ultimately, I am looking forward to gaining knowledge and experience and applying it to various companies in order to improve their business performance.
