I provided support to a large transformation project. Azets is a large national and international Accountancy firm. that has been driving a standardisation of work program by implementing various specialised software, for the last 2 years ,I provided support in various administrative and idea sharing ways to an established team in the last few months of the transformation Phase.I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of learning new skills and experiencing a large complex organisation and team .this work was entirely remote online .

Using on-line Training and communication, I suppored new VetIT clients on their journey to adopting their new Veterinary Practice Management software into their businesses. My approachable manner enables me to gain an understanding of the client business and help advise the configuration of the new system to support the individual practice.I am a key link between the sales process and the technical implementation team as well as an advocate for our clients.I believe my skills are very transferable to other industries and situations, I am interested in people understanding their needs and resolving their problems.
