Roles and Responsibilities:● Responsible for Bank Reconciliation● Verification of daily sale cash (INR, Foreign currencies) and posting in NAV● Prepare sales cash deposit for bank; totaling and recording the deposit amounts, filling out deposit slips and bundling the slips; making deposits at the bank.● Maintaining customer receipt by recording NEFT&RTGS, and credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger or accounting NAV.● Co-coordinating with the other departments and Vendors for obtaining necessary approvals and supporting documents and Payment confirmations.● Responsible for executing Goods Purchase Bills Booking● Responsible AP.AR. Billing. Invoice, travel Expenses● Responsible for maintaining and handling petty cash (FBCJ)● Responsible for keeping a track of Payment not made (PNM), data is collected and shared with Seniors.● Responsible for tracking the Store Outstanding.● Responsible for Updating Store Dispatch data● Responsible for booking the Daily Expense petty cash voucher Entries,● Responsible for a proper and Accurate Record Keeping● Responsible for maintaining and collating data for Monthly MIS with regard to payments.
