Provide full-scope investor services for hedge funds and private equity funds domiciled in the US and Offshore. Analyze transaction information and AML/KYC due diligence against PPMs and LPAs to process investor subscriptions, transfers, and redemption requests in accordance with statutory compliance guidelines and fund-specific requirements. Collaborate with multiple departments in the preparation and distribution of investor and fund reporting including: financial statements, K-1s, capital call and distribution notices, capital confirms, privacy notices, Blue Sky State reports, ERISA tracking, due diligence questionnaires, FATCA/CRS self-certification reviews, overall risk rating reports and other compliance related requests. Process global payments for fund expenses, distributions and redemptions with a high level of accuracy. Track incoming, and outgoing capital. Effectively liaise and maintain strong relationships with high-net worth investors, fund managers, internal and external compliance officers, finance professionals, third-party auditors and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Review the entry, maintenance and reporting of investor data and capital activity recorded in the CRM platform and investor portals by peer and subordinate team members. Train and develop peer and Associate level team members across various jurisdictions to ensure client deliverables are prepared accurately and with a high level of quality by conducting reviews for accuracy and completeness.

Onboarded investors by reviewing subscription agreements and PPM’s for onshore and offshore funds consisting of multiple types and structures for private equity and hedge funds. Performed due diligence screening (KYC & AML) for entities domiciled in the USA and the Cayman Islands. Treasury management for monthly fund expenses, distributions and redemptions. Investor reporting, including ERISA and Blue Sky State tracking. Liaised with investors and fund managers regarding the processing of subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and capital calls. Managed day-to-day interaction with investors and their requests. Maintained up to date investor information within multiple CRM databases.

Managed all aspects of the investor experience: created and marketed offering packages, assisted with equity raising, reviewed subscription agreements for completeness, onboarded investors, tracked capital, and served as the sole contact for over 90 partnerships with a focus on commercial real estate investments (office, retail, industrial and lofts). Provided oversight of the issuance of quarterly investor reports, financials, K-1s, and distributions. Liaised, and maintained strong relationships with financial institutions, attorneys, and finance professionals during the due diligence period for all acquisitions.Operations. Formulated and implemented standard operating procedures and policies for various departments. Determined staff requirements for the company based on forecasted business needs and budgets. Managed pre-onboarding, onboarding, corrective counseling and offboarding process for all staff. Served as the point of contact for all escalated requests within the Company.
