Working within the WIM Banking Technology Change team I was responsible for end-to-end Business Analyst deliverables within numerous multi-segment projects. As a Lead Business Analyst the role included the management of the workload for four business analysts to provide specialist solutions for high net worth and international clients, ensuring additional needs and expectations of complex clients could be achieved.
