CurrentDeveloping and supporting short to medium-term flight schedules for the E195 E2 and Dash 8 fleets, ensuring a balance between commercial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize schedules, working closely with the Network Planning team to coordinate schedule changes and expansion initiatives, and supporting new route launches.Maintaining flight schedules for sale, analyzing competitor impacts, and monitoring route financial performance. Collaborating with internal teams to provide performance reporting and manage partnerships, while assisting in the development of scheduling software training. Working with the Charters and Sales teams to assess the viability of charter opportunities within the broader commercial schedule. Actively participating in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure safety remains a priority across all scheduling activities.
