Mortar Section Sergeant Commanded operations, administration, and personnel of a 6-man mortar section, successfully maintaining 100% accountability of section property and ensured the technical and tactical competence the mortar section, while acting as senior mortar adviser to the Company Commander

Mortar Section Sergeant Commanded operations, administration, and personnel of a 10-man mortar section, successfully maintaining 100% accountability of $5,000,000 worth of Army property including 2 Strykers, 4 mortar systems, and all section equipment and supplies. Advised the Company Commander as the Senior Mortar Specialist in a 150 man company and ensured the technical and tactical competence the mortar section during a combat deployment, successfully conducting over 700 fire missions without error
