Ports and Marine Services

• Accountable for overseeing Marine Piling & Land Piling Activities, Berth execution, Dredging activities, controlled blasting, hydrographic surveys, and meticulous review of BOQ items.• Ensure adherence to project specifications by verifying BBS, Rock touch level, founding level, Pour card, and other construction tasks against the project plan and detailed drawings.• Manage laboratory testing procedures, including cube tests for poured concrete cubes, pile liner assessments, steel reinforcement testing, and comprehensive documentation of all test reports.• Collaborate closely with the contractor's representative and Engineer-in-charge to facilitate inspections, maintaining unwavering quality and impeccable workmanship throughout all stages of marine construction.

Fundamental responsibility is to help within the technical, production and financial aspects of the assigned project from the awarding to the completion of the project under the guidance and supervision of the project manager.• Preparation of the daily dredging performance report for the different dredging projects and regularly updated Project Monitoring System (ERP) - Performance module.• Attending onboard hydrographic surveys and worked with the Hydrographic Survey team in post-processing survey raw data and preparation of dredging quantities based on survey results.• Onboard training on dredgers of maintenance dredging of channels and basins at cochin port.
