Tasked with carrying out a program evaluation of the yearlong PSi leadership development program for emerging leaders in schools and youth-focused non-profits. This included conducting quantitative surveys as well as qualitative interviews to inform the program leadership regarding cohort progress and areas of improvement.

Working as a freelance consultant providing strategic output to non-profits, including my previous employer The Citizens Foundation and Seed Ventures. My work with TCF involves identification of potential partnerships, partner whetting and research on new implementation techniques.With Seed Ventures, i provide insight into program improvement each program cycle, program introduction and presentation to participants. Additionally, i helped virtual force set up a community dialog space within their premises through an open mic nights platform. I emceed the events and came up with talk theme and marketing.
