I accurately plan resource deployment for all skills across a geographical area to ensure SLA’s are met and costs are managed within the financial envelope. I also work with partners and customers to ensure the plan is delivered in order to deliver customer satisfaction by meeting commitments/SLA. On a day to day basis my role will see me carry out the following: - Management of appointment books for various products,- Forecasting of deployment across all work streams, - To manage costs on behalf of the customers both internal & external,- Monitor the fluidity of work,- Identifying & recommending process and productivity improvements,- Identifying & recommending efficiency savings,- Identify early potential issues and any potential impact to the business, putting in place any contingency

During this time I have had the opportunity to travel to other LoBs and be exposed to and trained with the best tools and techniques. An understanding of improvement methodology and can practically apply it in the workplace including Six sigma and lean master coach training.My day to day would see me sitting wity managers and assessing their day to day style of work, be able to then provide feedback/coaching advice to try different methods of feedback to their staff. I would help managers to connect with their staff and to understand what empowers their teams regarding their day to day work. I worked managers at operational, senior and general management level ensuring a constant pace was kept during my time as a CI coach. I would also find myself presenting to large audiences of engineers with the initial roll out of CI, this was right across the UK.

On a day to day basis my role will see me carry out any of the following: - Splicing of fiber optic cables and testing. - Installation of equipment rack equipment cabinets, closures and patch panels. - Trouble shooting and tracing of old cables. - Conduct reel test for fiber optic cables before the installation. - Take precautionary measure during laying/handling/storage of fiber optic cables. - Manage all documentation of the Fiber optic cable infrastructure including schematics and layouts of the network as well as OTDR & Power Meter test documentation and usage of all circuits. - Create and maintain the necessary documentation - Early completion of NVQ & BTEC in Telecomms Engineering.
