As part of the management i am responsible in creating and executing the business development strategy, and I am responsible for the product development within the Global Services Office with main focus on Monitoring product. As part of the team I am responsible for the budget of the product development and for achieving the business development targets. Within the group i work closely with the management of the local countries on development of new services, and implementing the strategy for utilization of the Global Services that are managed by our team. While i am involved in the coordination of inter-company communication and strategic planning, I also work closely with sales and marketing, to ensure we satisfy the business objectives. Within the development role I am responsible for ensuring product-market fit, defining the roadmap, tracking KPI’s, reporting, stakeholders management, resource allocation. I also work closely with the team on defining and prioritizing the backlog, clarifying requirements. I help the team in day to day challenges and to achieve their personal targets and the defined KPI’s by regular team meetings, one on ones, and by facilitating open lines of communication with other departments.
