- Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible- Analyzing the client's post-campaign results and recommending refinements- Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on their clients' needs and wants- Creating or recommending certain media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the client's brand recognition, and maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date- Service Community Admin accounts, processing emails and complaints, escalating when necessary- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate.- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team- Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues

• Respond to online customers in a timely manner. • Provide products information and respond to different inquiries. • Deflect customers to the different ordering routes. • Escalate customer complaints to the clients daily. • Monitor, track and report on feedback and reviews and provide social media listening reports. • Work along with the account managers and executives.
