• Data collection and analysis : Gathering relevant data from various sources such as company reports, industry publications and sustainability databases , Analyzing this data to identify trends, patterns and insights related to ESG performance .• ESG evaluation : Assessing companies or investment portfolios based on specific ESG criteria , such as environmental impact , social responsibility and corporate governance .• Risk assessment : identifying potential ESG risks and opportunities for organizations or investment portfolios . Evaluating the potential financial impactsof ESG factors on the performance and long-term viability of companies .• Sustainability Reporting: experience with sustainability reporting framework such as GRI, CDP, and other relevant standards.• Industry and regulatory analysis : staying update with current ESG trends, best practices and regulatory requirements , monitoring changes in regulations , standards and disclosure frameworks related to ESG reporting and disclosure .• Collaboration and engagement : collaborating with internal teams, such as sustainability , risk management and investment analysis teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision- making processes, Engaging with external stakeholders such as industry experts , NGOs or sustainability organizations to gather insights and stay informed about emerging ESG issues .• Continuous improvement : contributing to the development and enhancementof ESG research methodologies , tools and frameworks , identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the quality and relevance of ESG research .
