- Manageing the entire recruitment process including job posts, resourcing, interviewing, offering, checking references, immigration formalities and mobilization (for local and overseas candidates)- Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees, Department Managers, Section Heads and others to broaden the sources of CVs- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles serving as a go between for candidates and hiring managers- Screen resumes and job applications- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates- Conducts HR First Interview to select qualified candidates.- Handle and lead client interviews if needed virtually and face to face- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process- Sending Assesments to Candiadtes and Follow Up with them.- Preparing employment offers and contracts.- Preparing Reports and monitoring timesheets- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings- Maintain applicant tracking systems (Odoo): This includes tracking candidate applications, and managing the hiring process.

- Leading all recruitment activities starting from gathering needs, going through jobpostings, scanning CVs, conducting interviews, filtering candidates, and creating ashortlist, giving offers till vacancy fulfillment.- Improving the recruitment policies and procedures including recruitment sources,testing, and interviewing processes.- Handle Employee Engagement activity along with Employer brandingLiaise with the Management Team and understand their business requirements andtargets, ensuring that there is leverage between business and HR objectives.- Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees.- Managing all Administration, Personnel, Payroll, communication affairs.- Checks the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents.- Ensures the accuracy of salary data and personnel records, makes changes whenneeded.- Creating better workplace and monitoring the quality of life in the workplace.- processing of salaries and the coordination of work flow and administrativeactivities.- Collects all mandatory documents for newly hired employees.- Deals with governmental institutions on all employee related matters such ashiring, termination, misconduct, inspections, etc. i.e. extracts and fills out allrequired forms when necessary and acts as the companys representative in laborrelated governmental institutions.- Provides new employees with a pass card and ensures that they select a bank totransfer their salary to.- Ensures that employees bank account data is recorded accurately on the companyssystems and guarantees that transactions are performed.

- Manage the talent sourcing, Recruitment, selection and onboarding.- Adminstrate hiring process which includes coordinating job posts, reviewingresumes, performing reference check and conducting Interviews.- Preparing recruitment Materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels.- Using Ats in recruitment process.
