Performing secretarial and administrative duties. - Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. - Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. - Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements. - Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Cheif Executive Officer.Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. - Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. - Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services. - Observing best business practices and etiquette.

-Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests (Manufacturers, Suppliers, Media) and identify those of importance that require immediate attention.-Using the company system creating orders, following collection, accounting and sending reports to the management and updating company records. -Coordination with National Food and Drug Authority for Products registration & Follow up with registration representatives and support them with all required documents.-Coordinate daily CS operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).-Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning and communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.-Ensure the implementation and daily monitoring of the different files.-Liaising with clients & solving customer issues and completing other tasks as assigned by managers.-Handle customer service issues and acquire Feedback on Service and Products Track, follow-up all customer requests and promptly respond to-Organize quarterly and annual employee performance review-Participate in a business development program to support the company's professional growth as well as to p quality services to customers.Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes
