- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Discover new and interesting content around the web and create unique posts
- Manage feeds, keywords, hashtags and links on various platforms.
- Maintaining an active presence on those channels; monitor and respond to customer comments and questions that come in through social media
- Collating and reporting metrics
