Provide administrative support for preparation of departmental meetings, including the preparations of agendas, distribution of papers, minute taking and follow up action on matters arising from meetings to enhance effectiveness. • Communicates with external and internal suppliers, and arrange samples and quotations for operational projects. Arrange domestic and international shipments. Process payments and expense reporting. Handling confidential information with complete discretion. • Acts as ambassador for the brands and company at all times. • Communicates effectively with the HR teams for current and upcoming vacancies with divisional SBU’s. Maintain yearly leave calendar; schedule all probationary confirmation and appraisal interviews. Support and promotes cultural engagement at all times and respects all colleagues and actively builds a team culture. • Communicates effectively with HACCP teams at all times, Maintain and reports on all current and upcoming maintenance activities with divisional SBU’s • Communicates effectively with marketing team at all times. Maintain coordinated schedules of current and upcoming marketing activities within Divisional SBU’s. Coordinates with management team for all marketing related requirements, including production and distribution of menus and other materials. • Communicates with a positive impact that clearly relays ideas and requirementsAssists the Managers in efficiently managing the SBU in accordance with the Business Unit’s Standard Operating Policies and Procedures with the objective of achieving maximum guest satisfaction• Assists the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in implementing special promotions and events• Continuously assists the SBU’s operations by helping the Hostess and Service/Waiting staff.
