- Leading a team of Mathematics and Sciences instructional designers and voice over artists to localize Arabic and French educational video content.- Managing, monitoring, and regularly measuring team members’ work deliverables to ensure efficiency and productivity.- Planning, building, and following up on all video creation and localization systems, workflows, mobile apps, and databases alongside the product managers.- Working closely with team members to help improve their output and guiding them to solve any performance problems through regular coaching.- Expanding the video function in Nagwa and leading projects aimed at increasing the quality, quantity, and diversity of our content.

- Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing translated transcripts and videos to make sure they are up to Nagwa pedagogical standards and follow Nagwa’s guidelines and quality standards.- Assigning visuals and audio recordings to the video translation team.- Initiating workflows -together with the team leader- for new projects.- Coordinating the work and facilitate the communication between various teams contributing to our videos- Performing monthly statistical analysis for freelancer's productivity and performance.- Coordinating with technology teams on the needed features for the in-house applications and new requirements in our internal systems.

- Reviewing English mathematics videos that have been developed.- Translating and reviewing educational videos to Arabic using Nagwa’s video production tools.- Working closely with the content creation and translation teams to make sure the video content is consistent and correct.- Receiving and acting on the constructive feedback received through the content review process.

- Researching, processing, and developing video content for mathematics.- Explaining mathematics related topics, through both written and verbal communication.- Interpreting pedagogical intent of materials and conducting them appropriately into online and web-based content.- Developing mathematics-based videos that are complete, accurate, and meet Nagwa’s requirements for quality, style, and functionality.- Learning and applying several instructional strategies and theories to create content.
