-Responsible for the proposals and tenders submitted to the customer and ensuring their quality.-Clearly communicate and present a solution to clients based on a strong technical background and strong business sense.-Meeting with the customer and defining the solutions (Cloud Hosting, Colocation, Security and network consultant, and Connectivity) that suit and meets customer needs.-Assist in integrated development sales closure through presentations and evaluation discussions.-Manage technical proposal life cycle.-Support sales team and customers in establishing, developing, and closing business opportunities.-Work with the technical / Services team to assist with the identification of products and services which would serve to develop the company’s portfolio.-Suggest new offerings and innovative ideas based on market demand and needs.-Handle responses to tenders (RFP and RFQs), throughout the whole cycle, including technical answers, clarifications, and presentations to customers.

-Install on Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 Server manager.-working on Exchange Management Console (Creating email, group, etc).-Working on a domain server and Active Directory Users and Computers.-Good knowledge of data center infrastructure, rack and server installation, and connectivity servers-Installed, repaired, and set up all software, Windows Server, Windows updates, anti-virus protection, and related updates, Setup new PCs with OS and additional HW.-Good knowledge of VMware-Perform daily data backup and execute restores whenever needed and on a frequent basis.-General knowledge of network solutions CCNA , MCSA Server and CCNA Security-Basic Network troubleshooting like connecting Switches, cabling, servers and routers-Network support including cabling, switches and wireless access points troubleshooting.-Knowledge of AVAYA Telephones troubleshooting will be a plus.-Install printers, barcodes, and other peripherals.-Working on the (Zk System) program for fingerprint devices, and adding, scanning, and modifying employee data.-Provide daily support to users, answer any related queries, solve problems and fine-tune system performance.-Managing PACS/RIS project Picture Archiving system and Radiology information server, reset passwords, unlock accounts, etc.
