Position: ERP Support Manager from Feb-2013 till Dec-2013Role:• Manage ERP support team in Etisalat Misr• Plan for team training for ERP support team members. • Support innovation in the team and do the follow up till idea execution.• Make the head-count exercise for ERP Support team• Coach the team to solve major problems for ERP area. • Follow up the team objectives settings, do performance management and conduct coaching sessions. • Manage hiring for the ERP new comers and interact with HR teamPosition: ERP Technical Expert from 1-6-2009 till 31-1-2013Roles and Responsibilities:• Lead, coach and train ERP support team• Develop integated applications wirh ERP system such as:SMS generic system for Etisalat to automate HR and Financial ERP services• Design solutions for major challenges in Etisalat related to ERP area such as: ERP-Retail Cycle, appraisal…• Set, assign and follow up the technical tasks for the team.• plan of hiring for new ERP support team joiners and interact with HR department.

• Share in the launch of Etisalat Misr (3rd Operator in Egypt) in implementation of Oracle Applications 11i (11.5.10.2) for the company for modules (Financial, logistics, HR, Payroll and Performance Management).• Develop the integration between ERP Inventory module and Etisalat Retail System• Provide day to day support for Etisalat Misr.
