•Define, develop and implement purchasing plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate purchasing strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.•Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership of a specialist purchasing Department team – setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees - in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.•Manage annual allocated budget, managing expenditure up to set limits, optimizing and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances versus budget, in order to ensure effective cost management. •Provide professional consultancy, advice and guidance to internal customers on purchasing issues in order to ensure that high standards in practice are achieved and maintained. •Allocate always new suppliers and sources of supply.•Evaluate and cost/quality optimize the purchasing network on an ongoing basis in order to ensure best value of purchasing services provided to the business •Develop and maintain good working relationships with both other departments and with external agencies and suppliers in order to support the smooth provision of purchasing services across the organization.

Material Eng - Foreign Purchasing Dept: Handling all Material requestes till delivery related to various Co- Depts
