• Responsibilities:
• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, RFI, correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
• Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with the client.
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and shop drawings, and develops details and edits specifications.
• Collaborate with other depts. teams internally to issue, review and implement project baselines, including resource loading and progress curves generation and monitoring.
• Follow-up and review throughout the whole project the as-built drawings before project closure to resolve any conflict.

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities.
• Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
• Responsible for the technical revision of all architectural drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
• Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.

• Responsibilities:
• Work with project management to develop the overall schedule, and manage time and tasks within schedule
• Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction.
• Ensures that all the works have done is in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Assignment targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at the site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
