(Automation, electrical and mechanical.)▪Effectively manage a team of professionals: tasks, training, schedules and compensation/salary.▪Represent GAI France and Bucher Vaslin in Lebanon, for their machinery engineering division.▪Install various types of production lines and optimize machinery upon customers needs.

▪Provide supervision and contribute to the SIDEL production line project.▪Plan and implement maintenance on building, and all industrial machines/equipment.▪Supervise and train a team of 7 technicians.▪Ensure that the project time flow is respected by the technical team.

▪Installation and operation of the production line.▪Lead the preventive maintenance team.▪Perform maintenance on all industrial and consumer-based Espresso machines.▪Creation of the company's preventive maintenance program and spare parts tracking system.

▪Optimization of all industrial equipment such as flatteners, dividers, tunnel ovens, etc.▪Assemble and install all industrial machines for the client.▪Establish production lines related to the bakery technical needs.▪Perform technical maintenance for all industrial equipment in sight.

▪Establish a production line for roasting and related equipment/machinery.▪Supervision of all aspects of the production chain.▪Participate in the implementation of HACCP (ISO) practices.▪Create and implement a traceability program for the end product.
