I have been working in the parts department since I have been a teenager. I started learning from the bottom to get where I am today. Since we are a mid-size company, we have to be able to do everything, especially the manager. From all the years of diverse experience in the Automotive industry, I was able to get extensive leadership experience. I have to control inventory, look over sales, answer customers, and look over the human resources.
