Responsible for producing new business and supporting client sustainability and growth goals. Working in consultation with Employers to control cost, address compliance, enhance communication, and developing a program that positively impacts culture.

Responsible for managing the client relationship, identifying opportunities within the existing client base, and working with the sales team to drive new business. Lead the benefits service team, leveraging resources to provide coordinated service and training to meet the client’s needs. Managed direct and seasonal team members while servicing as the client escalation point. In collaboration with sales participated in presentations and prospecting to support new business. Designed, built, delivered full client presentations and renewal strategies. Managed vendor relationships and stayed on top of new trends in employee-paid benefits to add to the Mylo platform.

Counsel and provide educational and informational support internally and to members of all current and future PowerEnroll clients regarding all aspects of their available benefits. Develop and implement training for Benefits Counselors. Implement and coordinate worksite benefit enrollments and sales. Manage enrollment results to ensure proper communication and enrollment goals. Develop perpetual enrollment system and implementation for 100+ clients. Support CCC team in the enrollment of Individual plans.

Coordinate and administer team selection and tryouts. Advise, train and coordinate spirit team. Work closely with the Assistant Athletic Director, in coordination of spirit activities, athletic promotions and student and community outreach. Plan activities’ involving team members, coordinate and facilitate fundraising efforts.

Make your benefits enrollment process smooth and professional by delivering needs-based presentations and one-on-one sessions to educate customers and their employeesabout the benefits available to them.

Help organize and run camps of 1-800 attendees. Trained and directed staff in west coast,mid south, southwest teritories. Facilitated coaches education programs and assited in material development.
